3) Fibers are easy to fly. If the surface sealing of superfine glass wool is not in place, especially after slotting, the fiber will fly away and affect human health.

4) The wind resistance is large. The absolute surface roughness can reach 0.9-1.1 mm, and the unit power is generally required to be increased by 10% to increase energy consumption.

3、 Aluminum foil polyurethane air duct (sandwich duct).

Aluminum foil polyurethane air duct is an air duct made of polyurethane intermediate insulation material and composite aluminum foil on both sides. One of the main characteristics of sandwich air duct is light weight, but its biggest deficiency is that its fire performance can not meet the national requirements. 4、 Aluminum foil composite phenolic air duct.

Phenolic air duct has the advantages of light weight and obvious disadvantages, such as poor strength, easy pulverization, easy delamination between aluminum foil and phenolic resin, large amount of strong acid is used in the foaming process, and the glue is organic glue, containing formaldehyde, which is not environmentally friendly.

5、 Color steel plate air duct

The color steel plate air duct is divided into single-sided color steel and double-sided color steel. The single-sided color steel is to move the original external ultra-fine glass wool to the inside, that is, the outer layer of color steel and the inner layer of ultra-fine glass wool. The double-sided color steel is to make another layer of iron sheet protection outside the insulation cotton of the iron sheet air duct. Because it is still made of iron, its disadvantages are obvious

1) The use of PVC inserts to replace the bite and flange makes the iron sheet air duct incoherent, which not only reduces the fire resistance and fire resistance performance of the air duct (PVC insert can only reach grade B1), but also makes the advantages of good toughness of iron sheet completely lost. 4) Compared with the iron sheet air duct, the strength is greatly reduced. The thickness of color steel plate is only 0.3 mm, which is 0.2 mm less than the thinnest 0.5 mm of iron sheet air duct.
