It is reported that in the first half of this year, the total energy consumption of Jiangxi Province increased by 13.4% over the same period of last year, and the energy consumption per 10000 yuan GDP increased by 0.35% over the same period of last year, which is far from the target of 3% reduction in the whole year. Therefore, Jiangxi Province has been listed as a "first-class warning" province for energy-saving situation for two consecutive quarters. According to the plan, in the second half of the year, Jiangxi Province will intensify efforts to eliminate backward production capacity, strictly control new projects in industries with high energy consumption, high emission and overcapacity, introduce differential pricing policies and measures for high energy consuming industries, and promote high energy consuming industries to accelerate the pace of "structural adjustment, mode transformation and upgrading" through economic means; We will accelerate the implementation of key energy conservation and emission reduction projects, launch 100 major energy-saving technology transformation projects, and form an energy-saving capacity of 1.5 million tons of standard coal, accelerate the construction of sewage treatment facilities in industrial parks; We will carry out the nationwide action to save energy and electricity, implement a series of projects to benefit the people with energy-saving products, complete the central financial subsidy plan of 3 million energy-saving lamps, and continue to support the promotion of provincial high-efficiency lighting products, and implement subsidies for provincial led high-efficiency lighting products.
